Interesting article about leadership lessons from Mandela's life

I have considered Mandela to be a great leader but at the same time curiously contradictory also. Rarely do you find a person who is a great fighter (for freedom or so) as well as a good statesman. Mandela seems to have achieved both. Inspiring Great Man.
